  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped chipotle in adobo sauce.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and lime juice to the mixture.
