Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
- Incorporate the smoked salmon and capers, pulsing to combine without over-processing.
- Fold in the chopped dill and chives.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve with crackers or bagels.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Feel free to customize with different herbs.
