Description

A creamy and smoky spread, perfect for brunch or casual gatherings, combining smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the smoked salmon and capers, pulsing to combine without over-processing.
  3. Fold in the chopped dill and chives.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with crackers or bagels.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Feel free to customize with different herbs.
