Ingredients
- 1 can of smoked oysters
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Combine the butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the smoked oysters in a heat-proof dish.
- Pour the butter mixture over the oysters.
- Smoke the oysters for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
For an extra kick, infuse a pinch of smoked paprika into the butter mixture. Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
