Description

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • ¾ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dill (divided)

  • 6-8 ounces smoked fish (flaked)


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the smoked fish, reserving half the dill.
  2. Stir in the flaked fish gently, blending carefully to maintain texture.
  3. Garnish with the reserved dill.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
