A hearty bowl of slow cooker ramen noodles made with lean ground beef, rich beef broth, and vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving and stir.
- Let cook until the noodles are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For a thicker broth, consider adding a cornstarch slurry toward the end of cooking. Experiment with different vegetables for variety.
