Description

A hearty bowl of slow cooker ramen noodles made with lean ground beef, rich beef broth, and vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  3. Add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving and stir.
  4. Let cook until the noodles are tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For a thicker broth, consider adding a cornstarch slurry toward the end of cooking. Experiment with different vegetables for variety.
