Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce
- Ground beef (or sausage)
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic (minced)
- Onion (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef or sausage with chopped onions and minced garlic in a pan.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Break lasagna noodles into manageable pieces and layer them over the sauce.
- Add ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles.
- Top with the browned meat mixture and repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the layers.
- Cover and let it cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
