Description

A nutritious and refreshing salad, perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish, combining tuna and garbanzo beans with crunchy vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and garbanzo beans.
