Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and garbanzo beans.
- Add the chopped red onion, diced bell pepper, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
