Ingredients
- 1 can sardines in oil
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the sardines and place them in a bowl. Break them into smaller pieces with a fork.
- Add the diced celery, bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl.
- Drizzle the lemon juice and hot sauce over the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
