Description

A refreshing and quick sardine salad that combines canned sardines with crunchy vegetables, bright lemon juice, and a kick of hot sauce for a nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in oil
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Drain the sardines and place them in a bowl. Break them into smaller pieces with a fork.
  2. Add the diced celery, bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl.
