Description

Delicious shrimp tacos topped with shredded cabbage and a creamy avocado lime dipping sauce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Grill the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. For the avocado lime dipping sauce, blend together ripe avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and a bit of water until smooth.
  3. Heat the corn tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on the tortillas, adding shredded cabbage, and drizzling on avocado lime dipping sauce.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling with lime juice and garlic.
