Ingredients
- 1 lb medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Grill the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- For the avocado lime dipping sauce, blend together ripe avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and a bit of water until smooth.
- Heat the corn tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on the tortillas, adding shredded cabbage, and drizzling on avocado lime dipping sauce.
