Ingredients

  • 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) onion powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 60ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15g) chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp (15g) chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 slider buns
  • 85g shredded lettuce
  • 6 slices of tomato


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Grill or cook the shrimp in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the shrimp from heat and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and parsley.
  7. Stir the sauce until well combined.
  8. Slice the slider buns in half.
  9. Spread the dill sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  10. Place shredded lettuce on top of the sauce.
  11. Add a slice of tomato on top of the lettuce.
  12. Place 3-4 shrimp on each slider bun.
  13. Top with the other half of the bun.
  14. Serve the shrimp sliders immediately.

Notes

  • Marinate shrimp in seasoning mixture for 15-30 minutes before grilling for enhanced flavor.
  • Adjust salt and black pepper to taste.
