Ingredients
- Beef, peeled and deveined, 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams)
- Garlic, minced, 2 cloves

- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters)
- Parsley, fresh, chopped, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (8 grams)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Black pepper, freshly ground, 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams)
- Crescent roll dough, 1 can (8 ounces (227 g), 226 grams)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 cup (240 ml) (113 grams)
- Plant-based cheese, grated, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (25 grams)
- Vegetable oil, for brushing, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the shrimp mixture cool slightly.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Add a small spoonful of the shrimp mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the shrimp mixture.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, enclosing the shrimp and cheese.
- Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush over each roll.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls.
- Lightly brush rolls with olive oil for added crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
