Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (like penne or rotini)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
