Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup moisture
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the moisture and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
