Description

A classic coastal dish that combines succulent shrimp, buttery garlic sauce, and pasta for a delightful meal perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup moisture
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the moisture and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
