Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Crusty garlic bread
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the skillet.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and stir to coat.
- Serve shrimp over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy with slices of crusty garlic bread to soak up the sauce.
Notes
