Description

A delightful blend of tender shrimp, angel hair pasta, and a zesty garlic butter sauce that brings coastal flavors to your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes when cooking garlic. Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
