Description

A refreshing and light shrimp salad featuring tender shrimp, creamy dressing, and crunchy vegetables, perfect for warm weather gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Bread or rolls for serving


Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled shrimp to the mixture and stir until well combined.
