Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- Bread or rolls for serving
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled shrimp to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Serve the shrimp salad on lettuce leaves or in bread/rolls.
