Description

A refreshing shrimp salad featuring tender shrimp, fresh dill, and a creamy dressing served over crisp lettuce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving


Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled shrimp and chopped dill to the dressing and stir to combine.
  4. Serve the shrimp salad over lettuce leaves.
