Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the seasoned shrimp until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make the spicy mayo.
