Ingredients

  • Shrimp Nacho Crunch Pizza Rolls:
  • 1 pound (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded moz zarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 can (8 oz or 225 g) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoon s (15 g) chopped fresh cilantro
  • Bacon Cream Dip:
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) cooked beef bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
  4. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the dough.
  6. Distribute cooked shrimp evenly on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips over the shrimp and cheese.
  8. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  9. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  11. While rolls are baking, prepare the bacon cream dip by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled beef bacon, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  12. Once the rolls are baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  13. Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the baked pizza rolls.
