Ingredients
- 2 naan flatbreads (or 2 whole pita breads)
- 1 package (150 g) garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 1/2 pound (225 g) peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh basil leaves
- Lemon wedges and cracked pepper, optional
Instructions

- Warm the flatbreads in the oven until they are thoroughly heated, about four to six minutes. Scatter some torn basil leaves and a dash of pepper on top, and serve with lemon wedges, if you like. Editor’s Tip: You can enjoy the flatbreads with utensils or cut them into smaller pieces with a pizza cutter for easier handling.
Notes
- Remove shrimp tails before placing on flatbreads for a better eating experience.
- Try different spreadable cheeses like herb and garlic or sundried tomato for added flavor.
- Experiment with herbs like parsley or cilantro for a unique twist.
