Description

A creamy and indulgent shrimp fettuccine Alfredo that brings the comfort of family gatherings to your table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the shrimp and gradually incorporate the Parmesan cheese into the sauce for a smoother consistency.
