Description

Sizzling shrimp fajitas with spiced shrimp, sautéed onions, and colorful bell peppers, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper and sauté until tender.
  3. Add shrimp and fajita seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve in tortillas with your choice of toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in fajita seasoning for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Do not overcrowd the pan for better searing.
