Ingredients
- 2 servings Cooked Rice (480g)
- 3 Eggs
- 8-10 Shrimp, deveined and deshelled
- 1-2 cloves minced Garlic
- 5 ml Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
- 5 ml Vegetable Stock Powder (1 tsp)
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) White Pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Sugar
- 5 ml Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
- Spring Onions
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Pour some oil into a pan and cook the shrimp until they are done, then remove them from the pan.
- If necessary, add more oil to the pan and crack in the eggs. Stir continuously until they are partially cooked.
- Introduce the cooked rice and garlic to the pan. Keep mixing or tossing until the rice is well blended with the eggs.
- After mixing, flavor with salt, pepper, vegetable stock powder, soy sauce, and a touch of sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Return the shrimp to the pan along with sesame oil and spring onions. Stir until everything is integrated. Completed!
- Optional serving suggestion: Place the shrimp at the base of a bowl, fill with the fried rice, and invert onto a plate for serving.
