Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounce (227 g) s (225 grams) crab meat
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams) lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams) butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (50 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (8 grams) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add crab meat to the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the garlic.
- Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add butter to the skillet and allow it to melt completely.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the seafood mixture.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce and seafood.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spaghetti is heated through.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased, flat baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Allow it to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
