Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat, drained
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces on a baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
  7. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
