Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until tender; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each lasagna noodle with the shrimp and crab mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté fresh spinach or kale with the garlic before mixing with the seafood. Adjust cheese quantities to your preference.
