Description

Indulge in delightful layers of seafood flavors with these creamy Shrimp and Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until tender; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each lasagna noodle with the shrimp and crab mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, sauté fresh spinach or kale with the garlic before mixing with the seafood. Adjust cheese quantities to your preference.
