Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles (gluten-free if preferred)
- 1 cup Chopped Shrimp
- 1 cup Crab Meat
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese (or cottage cheese for a lighter version)
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 24 oz Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Lay out a noodle and spoon a generous amount of the seafood mixture onto the center.
- Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Once all the roll-ups are in place, cover them with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Using garlic powder instead of fresh garlic can save time while still providing robust flavor. Adding vegetables like spinach or artichokes can elevate the nutritional profile.
