Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces chow mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, stirring quickly to avoid burning, then toss in shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, snow peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add cooked noodles, tossing everything together until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
Notes
