Description

A cool and refreshing Shrimp Ceviche that captures the essence of coastal cuisine, perfect for warm evenings and casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Avocado slices for serving
  • Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  1. Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine lime juice, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt.
  3. Dice the cooled shrimp and add to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with avocado slices and tortilla chips.
