  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 milliliters) dressing (use halal-friendly alternative)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (50 grams) croutons
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the romaine lettuce leaves.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
