Description

A fresh and vibrant dish combining tender shrimp, creamy avocado, and sweet mango, perfect for a casual dinner or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the mango salsa. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and season the shrimp with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Assemble the dish by placing diced avocado in a bowl, topping it with cooked shrimp and mango salsa.
  4. Drizzle with additional lime juice and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider experimenting with spices or additional vegetables in your mango salsa.
