Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add asparagus and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
