Description

A quick and flavorful shrimp and asparagus stir-fry with mushrooms, offering a delightful mix of freshness and simplicity.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Consider using a timer for best results. Adjust soy sauce for desired richness.
