Description

A quick and vibrant shrimp stir-fry featuring bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating shrimp in soy sauce and lime juice before cooking. Garnishing with sesame seeds or green onions enhances presentation.
