Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
