Instructions
- Prepare the grits by bringing chicken broth or water to a boil in a pot.
- Slowly whisk in the grits, stirring to prevent lumps.
- Reduce heat and let the grits simmer, stirring occasionally, until they become creamy and tender, about 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
