  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1.25 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water (240 milliliters)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1/2 pound (227 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (225 grams)
  • 1/2 pound (227 g) crab meat, cooked (225 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) green onions, chopped (25 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (2.5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder (1.25 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) cayenne pepper (1.25 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise (120 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s sriracha sauce (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped (5 grams)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and water until well combined.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet to form a pancake; cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  7. Cook the shrimp and crab mixture in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
