Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (145 g)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded (145 g)
  • 1 cup oyster crackers, crushed (60 g)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (2 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (15 g)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp and shredded crab meat.
  5. Add the crushed oyster crackers to the seafood mixture.
  6. Stir in the mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
  7. Add the lemon juice and Dijon mustard, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  9. Fold in the finely chopped green onions and parsley.
  10. Divide the seafood mixture evenly among the wonton cups.
  11. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven.
  12. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  14. Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin.
  15. Serve warm and enjoy!
