Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (145 g)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded (145 g)
- 1 cup oyster crackers, crushed (60 g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (2 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (15 g)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp and shredded crab meat.
- Add the crushed oyster crackers to the seafood mixture.
- Stir in the mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
- Add the lemon juice and Dijon mustard, mixing thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Fold in the finely chopped green onions and parsley.
- Divide the seafood mixture evenly among the wonton cups.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin.
