- Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams), shredded
- Jalapeños: 2, finely diced
- Green onions: 2, chopped
- Tomato: 1, diced
- Lime: 1, juiced
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Onion powder: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Cilantro: 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams), chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bagels in half horizontally, making 8 halves.
- Arrange the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each bagel half.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, diced jalapeños, green onions, and diced tomato.
- Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and crab mixture, and stir to combine.
- Distribute the shrimp and crab mixture evenly over the cream cheese on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each bagel half.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
