- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard until combined.
- Spread the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer shrimp and crab meat evenly on four slices of the bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the shrimp and crab layer.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, sauce side down, to form sandwiches.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.
