- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz can, about 450 g)
- 1 cup shredded moz zarella cheese (100 g)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100 g)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (60 ml)
- 2 tablespoon s sesame seeds (20 g)
- Optional : chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add crab meat to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the cooled shrimp and crab mixture to the bowl and stir until combined.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange the sealed dough balls on a baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the biscuit melts.
