  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (115 g)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz can, about 450 g)
  • 1 cup shredded moz zarella cheese (100 g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100 g)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon s sesame seeds (20 g)
  • Optional : chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add crab meat to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  8. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, and cayenne pepper.
  9. Add the cooled shrimp and crab mixture to the bowl and stir until combined.
  10. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
  11. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  12. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  13. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  14. Arrange the sealed dough balls on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  15. Brush the tops with melted butter.
