Ingredients
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz, about 454 g)
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (225 g)
- 8 oz crab meat, drained (225 g)
- 1 cup shredded moz zarella cheese (113 g)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2.5 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.5 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch (10 cm) circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Arrange the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
