Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz, about 454 g)
  • 8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (225 g)
  • 8 oz crab meat, drained (225 g)
  • 1 cup shredded moz zarella cheese (113 g)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (2.5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2.5 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.5 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  4. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  5. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  6. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  7. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch (10 cm) circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  8. Place about 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  9. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  10. Arrange the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
