Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 8 ounces (227 g) (227 grams) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (28 grams) unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) grated halal-friendly cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (4 grams) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
- Gently pull the shells apart and lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the tail end.
- Arrange the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Season the lobster meat with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and coat in the Alfredo sauce.

- Bake the stuffed lobster tails in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
