Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 8 ounces (227 g) (227 grams) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (28 grams) unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) grated halal-friendly cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (4 grams) chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the shells apart and lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the tail end.
  4. Arrange the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  5. Season the lobster meat with salt and black pepper.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  8. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  9. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  10. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  11. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  12. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  13. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  14. Return the shrimp to the skillet and coat in the Alfredo sauce.
  15. Spoon the shrimp Alfredo mixture into the prepared lobster tails.
  16. Bake the stuffed lobster tails in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
