- Moz zarella cheese: 1 cup (240 ml), shredded (115 grams)
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (2 grams)
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1 gram)
- Parsley: 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s, chopped (8 grams)
- Butter: 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (28 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season shrimp with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and thickened.
- Remove saucepan from heat and set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and parsley on top.
- Cut dough into 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist each strip gently and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake twists in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
