Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 400g)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (240 ml)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113 g)
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
  4. Bake the wonton wrappers for 5 minutes, until slightly crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp, Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix the shrimp mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  7. Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into each baked wonton cup.
  8. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the nacho bomb cups from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  10. Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin and place them on a serving platter.
  11. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
