Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 400g)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (240 ml)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113 g)
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for 5 minutes, until slightly crispy.
- In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp, Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the shrimp mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into each baked wonton cup.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nacho bomb cups from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin and place them on a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
