Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it come to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
