A vibrant and easy sheet pan meal combining shrimp, sausage, baby potatoes, and corn for a delightful summer experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, toss the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture out in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are fresh for the best flavor and avoid overcooking. Using a rimmed sheet pan helps catch juices. Experiment with different veggies or seasoning to personalize your dish.
