Description

A delightful sushi roll featuring crunchy shrimp tempura, creamy avocado, and refreshing cucumber, topped with spicy mayonnaise and eel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 cup shrimp tempura
  • 1/4 cup spicy mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons eel sauce


Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  3. Wet your hands and spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving an inch at the top.
  4. Lay shrimp tempura, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
  5. Drizzle spicy mayonnaise over the filling.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  7. Slice the roll into pieces and garnish with sesame seeds and eel sauce.
  8. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
