Description

A luxurious yet simple dish featuring salmon fillets seasoned to perfection and drizzled with a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or grill.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine garlic paste, butter, and honey over low heat until melted and well mixed.
  4. Brush the garlic butter sauce over the seasoned salmon.
  5. Cook the salmon in the oven or on the grill until it is flaky and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled over the top.

Notes

Let the seasoned salmon sit for a few minutes before cooking to enhance flavor. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
