Description

  • Fresh scallops
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add the scallops to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
