Description

Delightful seafood stuffed jumbo shells filled with ricotta, mozzarella, and a medley of lobster, crab, and shrimp, all topped with creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 20 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, lobster, crab, shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells on top and drizzle the remaining Alfredo sauce over them.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added richness, save some Alfredo sauce for drizzling post-bake. Customize the seafood filling based on availability.
