Ingredients
- 20 ounces of imitation crab meat, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, sliced thin
- Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of traditional seven spice pepper blend (shichimi togarashi)
- Salt, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, sliced celery, and chopped green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, seven spice pepper blend, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the crab salad ingredients and mix gently.
- Add mayonnaise to your desired creaminess and mix well.
- Serve in a scooped-out tomato, on a brioche bun, or over a salad.
